An alumnus of UCLA, Danielle majored in Communications with a specialization in Business Administration. Upon graduation, she began her career at Grubb & Ellis Property Management Services as a Corporate Accountant. She obtained her broker's license and joined Marcus & Millichap in 2001. She immediately garnered attention for her fortitude and ability to identify properties that had strong investment potential and justify the value of exclusive representation. Her vision allowed her to see the opportunities for her clients in the Los Angeles apartment market, and was subsequently honored as Rookie of the Year in her first year as an agent. It was first of many recognitions and awards to come. She was also honored with two National Achievement Awards in Maui, Hawaii and brokered deals totaling more than $150 million.
As an investor, Danielle owns over 50 investment property units in the Los Angeles Area and believes that her experience as an investor has greatly strengthened her ability as a broker to understand her clients’ needs. She has also been published in various publications as an investment expert as well as featured on a television show as a celebrity real estate broker. She enjoys dance classes, attending sporting events, traveling and teaching consumer investment strategy to young students in Los Angeles.

An alumnus of UCLA, Dana majored in Sociology and minored in Public Policy. She was also the president of the first
latina sorority at UCLA, Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. for two years. Still an active alumnus, she enjoys participating
in community service and mentorship programs such as Step Up Women's Network and Coach Art. She is also a loyal UCLA football fan and believes games are best
viewed from the stands.

Jonathan Prakash is a perfect fit as an Investment Consultant for Hoston & Associates, Inc. An extremely self-motivated and detail-oriented California Real Estate Licensee, his professional combination of mathematical prowess and precocious foresight makes him an integral member of the team.
A Graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, Jonathan completed his degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Accounting. While attending UCLA his extracurricular time was spent as Chaplain of his fraternity Sigma Nu, Epsilon Pi chapter, and as a member of the Samahang Pilipino Education and Retention (SPEAR) Club.
Jonathan started his real estate career in the South Bay where he worked with Chuck Burton of the The Real Estate Group. Jonathan has since expanded his territory and now specializes in the areas of Mid-Wilshire and Westlake. Nicole Apostolos is a knowledgeable & motivated Investment Consultant. She began in the field in 2001 at Marcus & Millichap as an Assistant to a top producing broker in Los Angeles. As time progressed she obtained her Real Estate license and began specializing in apartment buildings in the Hollywood area, while completing her degree in Business Finance at California State University Northridge.
After working in investment real estate for over 6 years, she came to Hoston & Associates to better serve her clients. Nicole enjoys her career and hopes to serve as a consultant for all of her clients before and after the transaction. Nicole is in constant contact with her buyers to ensure they are first to get information on available properties, and identifies their wants and needs in a property so they always get exactly what they want.
Her clients can always count on her to go to the necessary lengths to achieve their price and terms, and work on their behalf to ensure all parties are satisfied. Because she is very relationship oriented (rather than transaction oriented), she enjoys meeting with all property owners in the Hollywood area and advising them on local rents, ways to add value to their properties, and market evaluations.
